Gender Pay Gap
Stiller operates in the logistics sector which traditionally has been, and currently continues to be, male dominated. Currently, 11% of our whole workforce is female and 3% of our professional driving staff are women. Logistics UK* report the logistics sector averages as 17% and 2% respectively.
We view it as essential to continued business success that equal opportunities in the workplace are available for both sexes. Fair pay underpins this view.
The gender pay gap** is calculated as the difference between average hourly earnings (excluding overtime but including allowances) of men and women as a proportion of average hourly earnings (excluding overtime but including allowances) of men’s earnings.
For 2024, the Company reported a positive gender pay gap of 4.83% in favour of women.
