All goods are stored and handled under United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA) conditions. All goods are carried/distributed in the United Kingdom under standard Road Haulage Association (RHA) Conditions of Carriage. All goods are carried/distributed internationally under Convention of the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR).
All invoices are due on demand unless express credit terms are confrimed to you in writing. Credit terms may be changed without notice. If credit terms are breached, the total amount on account becomes due immediately. For credit accounts granted with ‘Net Monthly Account’ terms, payment is due at the end of the month following the month of the invoice. If payment is not received on or before the due date, the trading account may be put on stop without notice and any goods in our care may be held until all debts are settled. Interest at the statutory interest rate (The Bank of England Base Rate plus 8%) and debt recovery costs may be applied to any overdue accounts as set out in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
