Stiller is proud to announce we have been awarded the regional North East Service Award, following our win at the local heat earlier this year.
After our local win for the Durham, Sunderland and South Tyneside region win in March, the regional finale was put on hold due to the coronavirus outbreak, however, we’re now delighted to confirm we won the North East Service Award at a virtual event on September 24th.
The virtual event was hosted by Kirsten O’Brien and Alfie Joey, with our Director, Matthew Stiller, in attendance in a very smart tux to represent our company with pride.
Stiller is particularly proud to have won the Service Award as we have recently made significant reinvestments with regards to our staff development, equipment and facilities. We also have up-to-the-minute warehousing and distribution technology, as well as an in-house Customer Service team that provides dedicated account support with an enviable response time. Our high standards are also reflected in the current accreditations we hold: ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 & FORS Silver.

Matthew Stiller, Director of Stiller, said at the time: “I’m chuffed to bits, I’m so pleased that the hard work of all of my colleagues has been recognised by this win.”
We faced tough competition in the North East finale for the Service Award with two brilliant North East companies vying for the title, Mabo (Teesside) and RWO Associates (Northumberland & Tyneside).
The tough competition across the night proved that the North East business landscape is thriving, and makes our win even more special.
As a third-generation family business, Stiller continues to serve customers in the North East for more than 60 years and remain regional specialists in the storage and distribution of palletised goods.
